About Us

It probably comes as no surprise that Yelm Animal Alliance was started by a group of animal lovers in the local community that recognized a need -- to bring about positive change in the lives of animals in the greater Yelm area.

Our vision is to reunite every pet with their owner or find a new loving home for those pets who have been lost or abandoned. For anyone who has loved and lost a pet, they understand the passion we share and the importance of having an animal resource that serves the community. We believe our goals help make Yelm and the surrounding area a more attractive place to live. Our primary mission is to find loving homes for animals rescued by Yelm Animal Control that would otherwise be euthanized.
